Data Deletion Instructions
SafeS Pay is operated by FutureWave Commerce LLC. This page explains how merchants, platform reviewers, and affected users can request deletion or review of data associated with SafeS Pay advertising conversion and merchant operations workflows.
How to Request Data Deletion
- Email your request to support@safespay.app with the subject line "SafeS Pay Data Deletion Request".
- Include the merchant or store name, website domain, order reference if applicable, and the email address associated with the request.
- If the request relates to Meta, TikTok, or Google advertising events, include the platform name and any available event ID, click ID, or approximate event time.
What We Delete or Anonymize
- Eligible merchant operation records, advertising event logs, click identifiers, and related troubleshooting records.
- Customer identifiers used for conversion workflows, including hashed or raw identifiers where stored and eligible for deletion.
- Records associated with a specific order or merchant site where deletion does not conflict with legal, payment dispute, fraud prevention, or audit obligations.
Advertising Platform Data
SafeS Pay may process advertising identifiers such as GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID, FBCLID, FBC, FBP, and TTCLID for authorized merchant reporting, attribution support, and offline or server-side purchase conversion workflows. SafeS Pay does not sell advertising account access and does not create or manage ad campaigns, budgets, keywords, audiences, or creatives.
Response Time
We review deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible. If additional verification is needed, we may request information to confirm that the requester is authorized to act for the relevant merchant, order, or user record.
