SafeS Pay is operated by FutureWave Commerce LLC. This Privacy Policy describes the categories of information processed through the SafeS Pay platform in support of merchant-authorized ecommerce operations, order reconciliation, reporting, attribution support, and advertising conversion-related workflows.
Information We Process
- Order identifiers, order amounts, currency, timestamps, and payment status
- Customer and delivery information required for order fulfillment and reconciliation
- Merchant account identifiers, authorized site settings, and webhook-related records
- Advertising click and attribution identifiers, including values such as GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID, FBCLID, FBC, FBP, or TTCLID, only where merchants lawfully collect and authorize such use
- Technical event context such as landing page URL, referrer, IP address, user agent, event time, and platform event identifiers where needed for fraud prevention, attribution, or conversion API delivery
- Hashed customer identifiers, such as hashed email or phone, only where supported by the relevant advertising platform and authorized by the merchant
How Information Is Used
- To verify and reconcile confirmed ecommerce orders
- To support merchant-facing order reporting and settlement workflows
- To support conversion-related internal reporting, attribution support, offline purchase conversion workflows, and server-side purchase event delivery for authorized merchant accounts
- To maintain logs used for troubleshooting, retry handling, and audit review
What We Do Not Use Data For
- We do not provide public access to merchant advertising data
- We do not resell Google Ads, Meta, or TikTok advertising account access
- We do not create or manage ad campaigns, budgets, keyword plans, audiences, or creatives on behalf of the public

Meta Conversions API Use Disclosure
For merchant-authorized conversion workflows, SafeS Pay may process Meta event identifiers and server-side event data only to deliver purchase events to the merchant's authorized Meta Pixel, Dataset, or Business asset.

- SafeS Pay does not create or manage Facebook campaigns, ad sets, ads, budgets, creatives, audiences, or public ad accounts
TikTok Events API Use Disclosure
For merchant-authorized conversion workflows, SafeS Pay may process TikTok event identifiers and server-side event data only to deliver purchase events to the merchant's authorized TikTok Pixel, Events API configuration, or advertiser asset.

Data Security
- Webhook requests are signature-verified where applicable
- Sensitive tokens are encrypted or masked in administrative interfaces
- System logs are retained for operational review and audit purposes
Data Deletion Requests
Merchants, platform reviewers, or affected users may request deletion or review of data associated with SafeS Pay by contacting support@safespay.app or visiting the Data Deletion page.

- Requests should include the merchant name, website domain, order reference if applicable, and the email address used for the request
- We will review the request and delete or anonymize eligible records unless retention is required for legal, fraud prevention, payment dispute, or audit purposes
