These Terms of Service govern access to the SafeS Pay website and merchant software operated by FutureWave Commerce LLC.

Authorized Business Use

• SafeS Pay is intended for legitimate ecommerce merchants and authorized operators
• Users may process only data connected to their own business operations or data they are legally authorized to handle
• Users must provide truthful and accurate business information when using the service

Restrictions

• Users must not upload fabricated orders or fabricated conversion events
• Users must not use SafeS Pay to create public ad-management tools or anonymous third-party ad account access
• Users must not misuse merchant, customer, or platform data in violation of applicable privacy or advertising rules

Advertising and Conversion Workflows

• Google Ads API, Meta Conversions API, and TikTok Events API usage is limited to authorized merchant reporting, attribution support, and offline or server-side purchase conversion workflows
• SafeS Pay does not provide campaign creation, keyword buying, audience creation, budget management, or creative management as a public service
• Users remain responsible for complying with the policies of Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Shopify, and other connected platforms
• Users must not use SafeS Pay to send fabricated, duplicated, or unauthorized conversion events

Operational Logs

SafeS Pay may maintain operational records, retry logs, and audit logs needed to review confirmed order outcomes, webhook processing, and conversion workflow status.
